>Their results will be presented at the British Dyslexia
Association's conference at York University alongside other work suggesting
that a bodily deficiency of fats of the type found in fish oil may cause,or
at least exacerbate, problems in some children who have trouble with their
reading and behaviour.<
That does not mean that BDA endorses the presentation.
Details of the talk may be on the CD-ROM of the conference
depending on which speakers have made contributions.
Speakers' abstracts are still available on the conference web site on
www.bdainternationalconference.org
A CD-ROM of abstracts, papers and poster sessions will be available for
£11.75, including VAT.
A book with papers by 14 selected Conference speakers 'Dyslexia: Theory &
Good Practice' edited by Angela Fawcett, publisher Whurr, (2001) is
available now from BDA for £29, including postage and handling costs. See
Whurr web. www.whurr.co.uk
