Ok people.
We need to be clear on procedure replying to the mailbase
messages.
If you simpy hit 'reply' to a message you will (more than likely)
reply to everyone on the mailing list.
If you would like to direct your message to the sender only, you
need to select their address and paste it in - making sure you
have removed the mailing list address from your send box.
This prevents people's mail boxes being filled up with material
which isnt relevant to everyone.
I say this because I myself 'offended' at the weekend by replying to
the list when an individual reply would have been better.
Of course, there are many situations (like Ray's message
yesterday which prompted a good group discussion) when replying
to everyone is important. All I am saying is, keep in mind who you
want to direct your message to!
Hope youre all jolly well!
