medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
And not just in the great American south; here in the upper midwest the local
Domenican sisters have set up a labyrinth of sorts which they use (and allow
others to use) for some sort of spiritual exercise. I've never used it, nor
seen others doing so, so I cannot tell you anything about these spiritual
exercises.

I just returned from a conference at Virginia Tech where I saw an
advertisement for a two day labyrinth experience. The conference kept me
pretty busy so I never had a chnace to find out what in the world that was,
but I thought you all would like to know that labyrinthism is alive and well
in the great American south.
