I agree with most of what you say except one main issue. You recommend
strengthening as a treatment for S-L-J syndrome. I am confused with this
recommendation. When I think of the physiology of the syndrome, , , it is
inflammation of the growth plate. I do not understand why strengthening or
placing addition force through the growth plate is beneficial. Isn't the
problem an inflammatory one and not a strength imbalance?
Please explain why you recommend strengthening for S-L-J syndrome.
