Since the Kyoto commitments are "legally" binding, feasible paths
to take is to (i) apply sanctions against America by ALL other
countries of the UN; (ii) boycott everything produced in America
and (iii) demonstrate in front of the American multi-nationals
especially Oil companies.
All three methods have been tried and tested and have worked. E-
mail flooding to a George Bush won't work.
