almost anything you do in excel clears the clipboard. if you copy to clipboard, paste ASAP, before doing anything else- like trigger the event. (that is likely the culprit)
To see the problem, you should create a new workbook again, copy some cell and then return the focus to the previous workbook.
The event will be fired! Here is the problem: check Excel's Edit menu! Paste is disabled?!?
It's very boring this trouble, basically because it doesn't make any sense; I mean, if you're busybody like me, you're gonna find out that the clipboard toolbar has the item available!
So, here goes my question: Is it some problem of mine or a possible Excel's bug!?
