help.
What online help/directions does your library provide to the public
accessing online databases through remote access? Does your library
offer the patron more then the helpscreens provided by such online
databases as Ebsco, or E-library? Does your Library website offer any
tutorials for patrons to click on to help them troubleshoot these
databases or teach them how to effectively search on them?
