I have a lungpatient with decompensation cordis. He can actually do a lot of
things, but I'm worried about training. I have learned that cardial
decompensation patients should not do any endurance training, only light
strength training ("muscles are the second pump in our body, and will help
the heart pumping one's blood around"). My question to the cardio-PT's: is
this still correct? In other words: should my patient only do strength
training and NOT endurance-training?
