To all those who are tired of multiple irrelevant posts, or childish and rude
personal remarks about list members, you can exclude individual subscribers
by using the 'killfile', better known as the blocked senders function.
Alternatively you can use message rules to do the same. These are sure-fire
methods of avoiding spam. With the message open/highlighted simply click on
Message on the toolbar and then select Blocked sender. Then select the
appropriate categories and click ok. Or, again from Message on the toolbar,
select Create rule from message and select the appropriate categories. This
method is the most effective as you can delete the message from the server so
that it doesn't appear in your Deleted folder.
Viola! No more nonsense. Naomi Lee went into my killfile sometime ago.
