Dave,
I am sorry, I do not know what is OH&S but it sounds
much like Oh-oh-oh! (By the way I still do not know
what is a MA. Why people don't take me seriously?
Should I feel ashame or something? Anyway, I'll search
through google.)
I have never worked in the US but this is what I read.
Stress can affect our health. Is it a question of
balance between external stimuli and "internal"
capacity to absorb them? I think that stress is also
more likely to disturb us if we live the life of
somebody else, as the other one said (can't remember).
There is also the "good" stress. The one that helps
you
build your capacity of absorbtion.
We have also our internal stress, I believe. Our
thoughts and emotions. Anything related to the nervous
system which itself responds to the environement.
But maybe I am getting mixed up. Are our thoughts and
emotions (the CNS) triggering the environment or the
opposite or both?
Kind regards,
Noemi
