Good Morning List and happy new Year.
We had a successful night last night. Having been hammered by snow and ice
injuries earlier in the week we were rescued by the weather: gales and cold
wind keeping people at home. Our attendances were down 17% on the
Millennium eve for 9 pm to 8 a.m. We had no one waiting to be seen by
9p.m. and only 5 patients waiting in the department to go to the ward.
Good preparation and intra-hospital co-operation paid off. Has this been
others experience ?
