Dear all.
There are two groups of PET study. Normal and abnormal. Both group has been
scaned at an activation and a baseline status.
With considering only one group, I could inspect some activated regions of
blobs by setting up the contrast to 1 -1.
But this study has a possibility of having some other deactivated regions
even at an activation status than at baseline status.
So I would like to look at this regions which are deactivated regions of
blobs even at an activation status.
Could it be made simply by setting the contrast to -1 1 ?. I don't know if
this analysis display only deactivated regions at activation
than at baseline not considering more activated regions in early analysis
at contrast to 1 -1. I'm wondering if it has more false positives than
previous.
Thanks in advance
