HILT is a project dedicated to making recommendations towards increasing
subject interoperability between museums and heritage, archives,

cross-searching and browsing across distributed services will not only be of
extreme benefit to your users, but will help you in the sharing of knowledge
and resources.
The HILT Workshop will consist of a number of short presentations
detailing the perspectives of the different communities to the HILT
issue, with guest speakers from:
- mda,
- the Public Record Office,
- UKOLN,
- the National Library of Scotland,
- and more from thesaurus experts.
The afternoon session will be followed by a series of group discussions
where you will have the opportunity to tell us your views from your
perspective.
