Dear all
I thought it might be helpful if we could establish which publishers retain
archives of titles they no longer publish. I know that CUP and Springer
don't seem to, Wiley does, Science Direct does sometimes, Blackwell
Publishing seems to, Routledge didn't when their journals moved to Taylor
and Francis ... anyone know of any other examples? It seems odd that once a
title has been converted so it can be made available online for it to be
later suppressed, and obviously this is a concern for libraries as they move
towards e-only journals.
