We have frequently encountered great difficulty in persuading ingenta
that we are entitled to view anything under any arrangement or deal.
They do not seem to have access to any data on who is allowed to see
what. I just about gave up trying quite a while ago and directed my
efforts elsewhere.
If you want to see Blackwell Science titles you would probably do
better by going directly to the Blackwell Synergy site which is
reliable and relatively easy to use.
