A couple of more questions:
1) How do I get fugue to unwarp 4D volume? or warp an unwrapped phase
map so I can then undistort?
fugue -i unwrappedphase -p unwrappedphase -w warpedphase
only gives me the first phase image warped.
I can split, warp separtely and then merge, but that's less elegant.
fugue -i fieldmap -p unwrappedpahse -w warpedfielmap
doesn't work, because fieldmap is complex and fugue needs real.
2) how much smoothing did you do to get the results in the table in
