I am very new to Blackboard, so forgive me if the answer to this is obvious.
If I include a pdf file in my Bb course, then when I click to open it, the
size of the screen in which I can view the file is very small.
There are ways of getting round this, open to each user, dependent on their
combination of browser and platform. You can thereby make the pdf file cover
almost half your screen.
Such fixes depend on either
a) the user being sufficiently au fait with their platform and browser to
know about these tricks or
b) some form of advice being offered to all users (but this would be long
and complicated, because of the different combinations).
Is there an easier method out there? Can we write a script to open the frame
automatically in a new window?
