Hilary
I've just started canvassing the views of the local authority executive members of GLAN (Greater London Archives Network) in relation to buying in bulk and other concerns - and will gladly pass on their views to you and the list.
Having discussed the vouchers with the library staff in Sutton - they felt that most people would probably use debit or credit cards (as is already being done here). Obviously there are some people who may wish to purchase vouchers but they didn't think it would be many. The staff are also concerned with providing vouchers to library branches for security reasons - as it has a monetary value.
Best wishes

Warwickshire Record Office and Library Service are trying hard to envisage
how many 1901 census vouchers our visitors are likely to want to purchase.
Does anyone have any useful suggestions or predictions that might help us
reach a decision?
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
Thanks,
Hilary Peck
