Certificate/Diploma in Professional Studies: Archives &
Records Management
Following the successful launch of the above programme in
October 2000, Liverpool University Centre for Archive
Studies is considering, subject to demand, a second intake
of students in April 2001.
This unique programme is aimed at para-professionals
working within the field of archives or records management,
and has already attracted students from such diverse
backgrounds as the British Film Institute, and the
Glyndebourne Festival Opera.
As a practically-based undergraduate level distance
learning programme, it allows access to university based
education and training, and gives candidates the
opportunity to access credit-based individual modules, as
well as the Certificate and Diploma awards.
