PhD Research Studentships in
Epidemiology & Public Health, Infectious Disease Epidemiology, and
Biostatistics
We seek highly motivated applicants, with a degree in a relevant discipline,
for projects in the Departments of Epidemiology & Public Health and
Infectious Disease Epidemiology. Two MRC studentships are available, and
applications from self-funded candidates are welcome. Details are at:

13 PhD students, and research grants totalling ca £19 million, including
leading-edge work in environmental epidemiology, small area health
statistics, health and hazard mapping, cardiovascular disease epidemiology,
reproductive epidemiology, trial design, vaccination strategies, emerging
infections, tuberculosis, malaria, HIV and dengue transmission dynamics and
disease pathogenesis, immune system dynamics, pathogen evolution and drug
resistance.
Enhanced student stipends may be available for successful candidates.
