Hi all,

Sorry for any cross-posting. This message is for UK residents only.

This is a good way to receive free on-line training in 700+ subjects
and you can even earn some money as well (via referrals). This is
not hard and it does work.

What you need to do is click on the link just below and fill in the
registration details on that page:

http://tamarack.forest.net/hotvouchers/epactsv/enroll_form.lasso

When asked for £25 payment, please use the following (copy and
paste):

* Payment Type: Hotvouchers
* Credit Card Number:  1021090017
* Expiry Date: 7/2001
* Name On Card: your own name

This is all above board (I have checked)! By using this hotvoucher
number you are essentially cashing in a £25 gift voucher from the UK
government, which is all part of an ePacts promotion (please feel free to
contact them on [log in to unmask] or
0207 630 9882 should you want verification). More information is
also available as a link from the enrolment form (see 'paying by
hotvouchers' at the payment section).

This application gives you one year's free access to 700+ courses
of web based training (everything from very high level Internet
applications/programming languages and mainstream business
applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) to Project
Management, CV writing and interviewing skills.

The courses are subsidised by a government fund called the
Individual Learning Account (ILA). If you would like more
background information, have a look at www.epacts.co.uk where
you can view the course catalogue
(http://www.epacts.co.uk/cat_list.htm) and try out some demo
courses.

If you are interested in the referral commissions aspect and think
you know people who would also want to undertake training, then
there is a referral scheme which works like this: you will receive an
email confirming your application with your unique reference
number (hotvoucher number) and some further instructions. You
can then send an email like this one to your contacts and,
because you are using your own hotvoucher number, you will
receive £20 for each one that signs up. Free training for
them, £20 for you!

What's in it for ePacs? well they spend the grant they get from the
government on recruitment using referrals, rather than on expensive
advertising. In that way they return the grant to their students rather than
to advertising companies. The referrals system is much more effective than
advertising.

Let me know if you have any questions.

With best regards,

John Mottley,
Reader in Educational Development in E-learning,
Department of Life Sciences,
University of East London.
