There may be a better way to do this but here is what I do.
If you right mouse click in the table you have two options:
Print Text table
Extract Table Data structure
Printing the table just prints the table to the matlab window, which I
havent found a use for. Extract Table Data, saves the table as a structure
to the variable ans. So if you do this you should first save the structure
to another variable like:
table=ans.
table.dat conatins all the data in the table. From here you can see
everything you want.
Also the variable SPM.Z in your workspace contains the Z value for every
"activated" cluster in you glass brain.
