resides within the larger framework of EMTEK, the Entity for
Methodology and Technology of Knowledge Management
<http://www.ida.liu.se/ext/emtek/index.html> at the dept of
Computer Science.
The 'white paper' outlining the mission of the electronic press
is called _Strategies and Policies for Linköping University
Electronic Press_ and is available through <http://www.ep.liu.se>
(good exercise trying to find it ;). It discusses a few issues I
believe to be relevant for the current discussion.
