Hi Dennis
The site is not intentialy Scolttish looking, though it is based in Scotland
(It was not intentional...........honest).
The site is run by myself (Craig Graham OHA) and a guy called Ian MacInnes
who is an IT consultant with a large OH provider (This info is in the FAQ
section). It is run privately, no other organisation involved, no funding or
finance involved. We have been active for just around one month (27th
September we went online).
There is some content based around HSE news releases, which i'm sure
everyone would agree is very valuable to OH and H&S, but also from various
other areas including HHSC, IOSH, AAOHN, Ergoweb, ICOH, Public Health Lab
Services and DOH in the past week.
The discussion groups have been open for about 2 weeks but so and they are
open to members of the site. So far there has not been any real use of them.
We'd like them to be for member to discuss topics of interest to them. Glad
you found the links page of interest. this area we hope to develop so that
it becomes one of the largest links area for this type of info on the web.
Regards
Craig Graham
