NIST (US govt National Institute of Standards and Technology)
has an on-line searchable database which includes vibrational
information about diatomics, and LOTS of other goodies. :-)
the URL is something like
http://www.nist.gov
and follow the links to chemistry databases.
It will not have isotopomers, but you could probably derive them
from the (16,16) information using isotope-substitution relationships.
