Dear Chiemi,
For the tea we use the following herbs:
I give you the latin words and what I think is the english;
Herba Millefolii (yarrow)
Herba Taraxaci (dandelion)
Radix Taraxaci (dandelion)
Fructus Foeniculi (fennel)
Herba Cynarae (artichoke)
Herba is Leaf , Radix is root, Fructus is fruit
For the homeopathic treatment there are several possibilities like China,
Lycopodium, Phosphor, Chamomilla, Bryonia or Natrium sulfuricum. Sorry, I
have no idea what this could be in english. To use the homeopathic it is
useful to learn at least some basic knowledge. In Austria we have special
courses for midwives, maybe you can find one also in your area.
Warm regards,
Sabine
