This intensive introductory course is aimed at those actively involved in
health care research who wish to understand the principles of medical
statistics and to gain experience of applying appropriate methods of
analysis.
The course is structured into four teaching sessions per day, each
consisting of a lecture followed by a practical session. Each participant
has access to a micro-computer for the practical work.
A textbook, full set of lecture notes, worked examples and sample solutions
to the practicals are supplied during the course.
Numbers will be strictly limited on a first-come, first-served basis.
