This is the first journal article listing of 2001, the thirty-third
overall. My thanks, as ever, to John Moffett (Needham Institute,
Cambridge) and Sonia Hollins (Whipple Library, Cambridge) for their
help in compiling the listing. Also, thanks to Andreas Kleinert for
