Is anyone aware of any studies having compared the pros/cons of online (Internet)
vs. mailed questionnaire surveys ? I'm particularly interested in the response
bias detected. The target audience of interest would be primarily owner/managers
of small (UK) businesses.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
