*****With apologies for cross posting**********
LA University College & Research Group (West Midlands) present:
'ILT Membership: Who needs it?'
A half-day meeting on membership of the Institute for Learning and
Teaching in Higher Education. To be held at Aston University on
Wednesday may 9th 2001, 1.30-4.30pm.
*Are you considering ILT membership and preparing to submit your
application?
*Would you like to hear about the experiences of successful
applicants?
*Is the whole process worth the effort and should librarians be
applying anyway?
This thought provoking event aims to answer these questions and
provide a forum for debate. Two librarians and an academic will
speak about their views and experiences. A short workshop on
fast-track application will make up part of the session.

North London)
