As I understand it EASY would just check against Ingenta journals and then
allow you to deal with any un-matched requests in the normal way.
Like Penny at the Radcliffe we have avoided Ariel because as she says it
creates more work at present for the ILL department and is slower for
readers than using the ADD address option from the BLDSC. I was
interested to hear about the future devlepments of Ariel.
