Have you heard of Relais? (http://www.relais-intl.com/Relais/ie.htm) I've
heard good things about them. They use PDF files, which are much smaller
than the TIFF files that Ariel currently uses.
The new version of Ariel (due out this Spring) will be able to forward
items directly to patrons as PDF files. For more information:
