Sorry if this is a stupid question, but how do you 'receive' an ejournal
> issue, or rather how do you know when you've 'received' one?

Presumably you hire twice as many staff, so that you can check on-line for the corresponding
issue when you check in hard copy journal issues. Interesting problem, when managements assume
that you need less staff when resources are online.

However, since the BL has such enormous takings, they must be doing much of the online checking
for the rest of us.

(Sorry for the Friday answer, and it's only Wednesday afternoon.)
