I would hope that Jiscmail would appreciate that most ILT members are likely
to be UK based (I could of course be entirely wrong about that assumption).
I know that the Jiscmail psychiatric nursing list has several overseas
members, particularly in USA and Australasia. So perhaps this sets a
precedent for ILT?

Terry I like this idea, but I am also intrigued to find out
how you manage
to run a JISCMAIL list with so many overseas list members.
