good question - the next version of FEAT will have this as a choice on the
GUI. for the moment, you could either use the FLIRT GUI (which has these
options) and make sure it saves the right filenames inside the FEAT
directory, or, maybe easier, edit fsl/tcl/feat.tcl to put in the
appropriate flags in the flirt calls (warning - there are several flirt
calls - make sure you get the right one)
OR you could write a simple flirt
transform to pre-flip the data (maybe this is best)...
