The Theme for AHEAD 2002
Appropriate to a twenty-fifth anniversary, the theme for the
AHEAD 2002 Conference is Reframing Disability. The
Conference will be a time to reflect on our past travels and
plan the road ahead. The theme, Reframing Disability,
signifies an opportunity to re-invigorate our conference and
our work by examining how multiple perspectives on
disability (medical, student development, civil rights,
service delivery, social model...) can illuminate our
individual work and guide our collective efforts.
Deadline for Submission: October 15, 2001
Suggested Topics for Proposals

- Transition Issues - Technology -Professional Skills
