Hi I suggest you contact the disability rights
commission for a detailed and correct answer to your
query.
The legislation comes in in sept 2002 but if you have
already accepted him then you will still have to make
alterations in 2002.
Just search the net for the Disability rights
commission and you can use their email helpline
