Now in its 9th edition, ISPE/CE2001 - Concurrent Engineering: Research
and Applications, is a major forum for the international scientific
exchange of
multi-disciplinary and inter-organizational aspects of concurrent
engineering (CE). The focus
is on the research and use of integrated enterprise processes, collaborative
work,
interoperability and information sharing, co-locating resources, and
integrated
frameworks and tools. This conference addresses the state of the art in
research and
applications issues of CE.

Active researchers are invited to organize Special Sessions as part of
the main conference. Each session should have five very good quality papers.
