Sir John Kingman FRS will shortly be moving from Bristol
to take up the post of Director of the Isaac Newton
Institute.
A symposium in his honour will be held on the afternoon
of Wednesday 16 May, in the School of Mathematics in Bristol.
All are welcome!
The meeting will focus on topics of current interest in
probability and related fields where Kingman's own work
has been particularly influential. The programme will
include three invited speakers:
