I once asked IBM Hersley and they indicated not. There WAS however a
graphics package for the IBM 3270PC AT/GX that was highly similar and
accepted mainframe GDF drawing orders and symbol set definitions. It
was called something like GGXA and the 3270PC AT/GX Graphics Control
Program. It could be used with MS' PC Fortran, I believe. For the PC
today, the closest in functionality (Fortran 77 bindings available and
similar in design concept) is GINO from Bradly Associates at
