To all list members:
I agree that it would be sensible to change the default. One can still choose
to reply to the whole list; but there have been a lot of messages irrelevant
to all but the sender and intended recipient floating around.
(And by the way would this also mean that the 'out of office' messages
wouldn't go to the entire list?
P.S. While I'm talking to you, just a reminder that there are two weeks left
for contributions to the next EOHE Network Newsletter.

I think that this would ensure that only those messages which were
of public interest would reach the mailbase, thus avoiding a repeat
of Friday's fracas.
I belong to a number of other mailbases which have alreadymade
this change.
