No reason to be sorry. That "only reason" is the reason we run most of our NHS
with trainees rather than Consultants seeing all patients.
I am strongly of the opinion that the cost benefit analysis (including
opportunity costs) of having more senior opinions on every pre-hospital will
show that it is not worth it.
