Wasn't the frontline scotland thing on telly about three or four years ago
The problem is UK legislation is't really set up for the current position of
there not beiing direct or indirect control of the EMS providers by the NHS
( indirect control in the sense that the VASes work with the NHS ambi
services and many of their medical and nursing officers are also NHS
staff )
