Subject: For moderation - Internet Site Reports
I have been trying to find some examples of archaeological site reports on the
internet to show colleagues the kind of things the internet can be used before
but I have pretty much drawn a blank, apart from those in Internet
Archaeology.
I have found papers discussing graphics, finds, regional surveys, the
potentials of using the internet, non-linear reading...you name it, but no
good old-fashioned (or even new-fashioned) excavation reports.
Do the intarch interest members know of any such sites?
If not, why has this aspect of archaeology failed to make much of an impact on
the internet?
cheers
