I would be interested in hearing from physios who are getting good results
in their treatment of:
1- rotator cuff symptoms with impingement...
2- OA of the knee...
it seems from a physiological view, most relief is obtained by settling the
inflammatory response, if the effect of Celebrex is given due consideration.
3- recurrent dislocation of the patella...
I have heard that exercise to bias VMO does not do so, and that
TFL/ITB/lateral knee jt capsule release has little effect on tracking, even
that which is not primarily skeletal in origin. There has been criticism of
the relevance of the Q angle as well. Can anyone throw a bit of light on all
this.
