Hello everybody,
Though I am not intending to re-assign them at this stage, you may wish to
know that I have a number of documents of this vintage too.
These include Mercury Manuals, Mercury Autocode manual,
Atlas Basic Language (assembler),
CHLF3 (I think).
Various Atlas bulletins.
Compiler Compiler.
I also have a complete listing of Compiler Compiler, including the late
additions done by us at London University; one of these days I want to get
this typed back in and see if we can get it going again under emulation.
Some parts of Slang.
Alas my paper tapes of CC and listings of Atlas Supervisor were left behind
at Gordon Square, when I was transferred to ULCC while I was away in the USA
at CDC HQ.
Funnily enough I left these in a cupboard with a notice: Please don't move
these without asking Bill Williams" and I sometimes wonder (having never
been back into the Gordon Sq offices) whether they might still be there
languishing in that cupboard after around 33 years.
:-)
Bill
