Try the music literature. Opera singers have nicely "developed" abdominal
walls and do not lack for sound production and air movement (all likely to
require trunk and pelvic stability-try to sing for 2-3 hours at the high
registers of voice). As far as weight lifters and movement: aren't they
somewhat a "selected sample"? Anyway, when one is dealing with difficulty of
moving the equivalent of 3-10 oz the notion of a snatch or jerk leaves me,
what shall I say, in a state of ennui
