Besides the translations given by the usual suspects (Britt, O'Connell,
Mulcahy, etc.) in their respective commentaries, there are several English
renditions of this hymn for use in singing the Office in the vernacular.
IIRC, G.H.Palmer did one for his Vesperal, and I seem to recall that
J.M.Neale also did a rendition of this. But here I must defer to the learned
Doctor Elasticus.
