CALL FOR PAPERS
The Journal of Financial Services Marketing is a peer reviewed (double
blind) academic and practitioner publication, appearing quarterly. On behalf
of the Editorial Board, the Managing Editor invites submissions of papers
fore possible publication in the journal.
Best practice, case studies, theory formation, theory verification,
comparative studies, literature reviews, will be considered in any area that
relates to the financial services industry, in its broadest possible
definition. One of the forthcoming issues of the Journal is likely to be
devoted to an appraisal of the performance of services delivered
electronically; banking, insurance, mortgages, credit, savings accounts,
stocks and shares, bonds and other forms of investment, provided they are at
the consumer or intermediary level. Performance in financial and other
defined terms, customer satisfaction, loyalty, staff training and
development, organisation structures, branding, legislation and regulation
and many more areas await your contribution.
Submissions can be in hard copy or electronic form as a word file
attachment, approximately in the range of 2000 to 7000 words; show tables
and figures as an appendix, after the references; you may use Harvard or
Vancouver referencing systems; please avoid footnotes.
