I know I shouldn't jump in, it's all just time-wasting provocation...
but the idea of this "growing group of amused friends" laughing at the
idea that a woman can actually bear the shame of not being "younger", let
alone apparently "admit" to being older, well... words (should) fail me!
In fact you and your friends could be quite amazed to know that there is
not just "ONE" woman out there who refuses to conform to the middle-age
(male) fantasy of the eternal young, and of course dependant, girl (ou
younger) woman. Apparently you and your friends missed the revolution.
